Bien p\u00e9trir jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te ne colle plus aux doigts.<\/p>\n<p>Laisser lever le m\u00e9lange recouvert d&rsquo;un torchon dans un endroit chaud pendant 1h30.<\/p>\n<p>Faire bouillir de l&rsquo;eau dans une casserole avec le sel. Pendant ce temps \u00e9taler la p\u00e2te sur un plan de travail et la couper en 10 morceaux \u00e9gaux.<\/p>\n<p>Fa\u00e7onner des bretzels ou des petites baguettes puis les plonger un par un dans l&rsquo;eau bouillante, attendre qu&rsquo;ils remontent et \u00e9goutter sur du sopalin.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 200\u00b0C. Mettre les bretzels sur une plaque recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9, saupoudrer de gros sel et faire plusieurs entailles sur chaque bretzel.
