Faire mijoter 2-3 minutes \u00e0 feu vif en remuant.<br \/>\nAjouter les carottes r\u00e2p\u00e9es, le champignon \u00e9minc\u00e9, saler et couvrir. Cuire encore 5 minutes.<br \/>\nCette \u00ab\u00a0base aromatique\u00a0\u00bb peut \u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9e en avance et gard\u00e9e dans un bocal au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<br \/>\nMettre dans un bol les p\u00e2tes, la pr\u00e9paration aromatique, 1 c \u00e0 s de sauce soja.
