M\u00e9langez bien (vous pouvez utiliser un batteur pour obtenir une p\u00e2te bien homog\u00e8ne). Couvrez de film alimentaire et laissez reposer 20 minutes.<br \/>\nEnfin, versez dans une po\u00eale, \u00e0 pancakes de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence, une petite louche de p\u00e2te. Pour une po\u00eale normale, il faut obtenir un pancake de 10 cm de diam\u00e8tre.
