Couper les l\u00e9gumes tr\u00e8s finement, ou les r\u00e2per.<\/p>\n<p>2. Chauffer l\u2019huile \u00e0 la casserole avec les \u00e9pices, puis ajouter le demi-oignon \u00e9minc\u00e9, et le faire revenir.<\/p>\n<p>3. Ajouter les l\u00e9gumes coup\u00e9s, baisser le feu, et <strong>laisser<\/strong> cuire \u00e0 feu doux.<\/p>\n<p>4. Ajouter un peu d\u2019eau bouillante et une poign\u00e9e de cheveux d\u2019ange.<\/p>\n<p>5. Laisser mijoter quelques minutes.<\/p>\n<p>6.
