Etalez la p\u00e2te \u00e0 pizza sur une plaque de four recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9.Etalez le concentr\u00e9 de tomate sur la p\u00e2te, en laissant une marge d&rsquo;1 cm au bord.<\/p>\n<p>2. Lavez, \u00e9p\u00e9pinez les tomates puis d\u00e9coupez-les en rondelles sur votre planche de cuisine.<\/p>\n<p>3. Disposez sur la p\u00e2te les tranches de salami puis les rondelles de tomates.<\/p>\n<p>4. Coupez la mozzarella en tranches puis disposez ces tranches sur la p\u00e2te. Saupoudrez le tout de sel et de poivre.<\/p>\n<p>5.
