R\u00e2per les pommes de terre et coupez finement les oignons en lamelles.<br \/>\n2. M\u00e9langer les pommes de terre, l&rsquo;oignon et le jaune d&rsquo;oeuf. Saler et poivrer.<br \/>\n3. Faire fondre du beurre dans un po\u00eale et former des boulettes pas trop grosses. Les d\u00e9poser dans la po\u00eale et les aplatir pour une meilleure cuisson. Laisser dorer avant de les retourner. Il faut en tout 7 \u00e0 8 minutes de cuisson pour que les pommes de terre soient cuites.<br \/>\n4.
