Couper l&rsquo;aubergine en fines tranches et les faire cuire \u00e0 feux moyen dans une po\u00eale avec de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive.<br \/>\n2.Couper le demi avocat en fines tranches. Couper la carotte \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un \u00e9conome afin d&rsquo;obtenir des tranches comme des tagliatelles.<br \/>\n3. Tartiner les tranches de pain de mie au fromage frais (type St M\u00f4ret)<\/p>\n<p>4. Y ajouter du gruy\u00e8re, disposer l&rsquo;avocat en tranche sur un pain, ainsi que les carottes en tagliatelle. Une fois les aubergines cuites, les disposer sur les l\u00e9gumes.<\/p>\n<p>5. Saler, poivrer et refermer le sandwich<\/p>\n<p>6. Sur une premiere partie, badigeonner la tranche de pain de mie d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, puis saler et poivrer. Faire cuire \u00e0 feux moyen dans une po\u00eale le sandwich sur la partie huil\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>7. Badigeonner l&rsquo;autre partie d&rsquo;huile, poivrer et saler \u00e0 nouveau. Retourner le sandwich une fois que le pain \u00e0 pris une couleur dor\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>8. Une fois grill\u00e9, dispos\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;assiette et saupoudrer de Gomashio (m\u00e9lange de s\u00e9same et de sel).
