Faites fondre ensemble le beurre et le chocolat au micro-ondes ou au bain-marie et m\u00e9langez jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange devienne homog\u00e8ne<\/p>\n<p>2.Dans un autre r\u00e9cipient, fouettez ensemble les \u0153ufs et les sucres. Versez ensuite le m\u00e9lange chocolat\/beurre sur la pr\u00e9paration.Incorporez la farine, la levure et le sel.<\/p>\n<p>3. Placez cette p\u00e2te<strong> 2 heures au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur <\/strong>le temps qu&rsquo;elle durcisse. Si vous sautez cette \u00e9tape, il vous sera difficile d&rsquo;obtenir de jolies boules rondes faciles \u00e0 tremper dans le sucre glace.<\/p>\n<p>4. Pr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>5. Sortez la p\u00e2te du r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur, et formez des boules de la taille d&rsquo;une noix.<\/p>\n<p>6. Versez le sucre glace dans un petit bol et plongez les boules de p\u00e2te \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur, de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 les recouvrir enti\u00e8rement de sucre.<\/p>\n<p>7. Placez les boules sur une plaque recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9. <\/p>\n<p>8.
