Les faire d\u00e9gorger, avec du sel, pendant une heure.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Couper les courgettes, en tranches, pas trop fines. Couper les poivrons en lamelles. Les faire revenir dans une po\u00eale, avec de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils perdent leur croustillant.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Pendant ce temps, couper les oignons en rondelles, les faire revenir dans une po\u00eale avec de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et l&rsquo;ail, \u00e9cras\u00e9.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Rajouter les tomates en d\u00e9s, ainsi que le jus et laisser mijoter pendant une <span style=\"color: #ff00ff\">demi-heure<\/span>, en rajoutant les assaisonnements d\u00e9sir\u00e9s.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Lorsque les aubergines sont pr\u00eates, les passer \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau et les \u00e9ponger.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Beurrer un grand plat allant au four. Mettre une rang\u00e9e d&rsquo;aubergines, une rang\u00e9e de courgettes, une rang\u00e9e de poivrons, une rang\u00e9e de tomates, avec le jus. Recouvrir de yaourt et de feta.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Recommencer: aubergines, courgettes, poivrons, tomates, yaourt et feta. Terminer avec une couche d&rsquo;aubergines. Recouvrir de mozzarella.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 <span style=\"color: #ff00ff\">150\u00b0C<\/span>. Laisser cuire pendant une petite heure, ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le jus commence \u00e0 bouillir dans le plat!
