Cuire les tiges 10 mn et les bouquets 5 mn dans l&rsquo;eau bouillante sal\u00e9e. Egoutter soigneusement et r\u00e9partir dans un plat \u00e0 four beurr\u00e9. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000\"> Si vous utilisez des brocolis surgel\u00e9s : <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000\"> Se r\u00e9f\u00e9rer au mode d&#8217;emploi sur le sachet, en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral 5-7 mn dans l&rsquo;eau sal\u00e9e bouillante \u00e0 partir de la r\u00e9-\u00e9bullition. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"> 2) Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 230\u00b0C (Th 7-8 ). <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"> 3) Faire fondre le beurre dans une casserole. Hors du feu, tourner la farine dans le beurre, puis verser le lait. Saler, poivrer. Remettre sur le feu et cuire 5 mn en tournant. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"> 4) Hors du feu, incorporer \u0153ufs entiers, coulis de tomate, cr\u00e8me et ail. R\u00e9partir la sauce sur les brocolis et saupoudrer de chapelure. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"> 5) Cuire \u00e0 four chaud 230\u00b0C (Th 7-8), 20 mn.
