Ajouter 50 g de sucre roux, et fouetter de nouveau. Ajouter la farine tamis\u00e9e, et m\u00e9langer bien le tout.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #99cc00\"><b><i>Le sirop d&rsquo;orange:<\/i><\/b><\/span><br \/>\nFaire r\u00e9duire dans une casserole le jus et le zeste d&rsquo;une orange, et 50 g de sucre, sur feu doux.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langer, et surveiller la r\u00e9duction du sirop. Retirer du feu, et laisser refroidir un peu.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #99cc00\"><b><i>Le chocolat:<\/i><\/b><\/span><br \/>\nFaire fondre, \u00e0 puissance faible au micro-ondes, le chocolat et le beurre en morceaux.<\/p>\n<p>Sortir le bol, et m\u00e9langer pour que la cr\u00e8me soit homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter le sirop d&rsquo;orange, et m\u00e9langer de nouveau. Verser le chocolat dans la p\u00e2te, et m\u00e9langer bien.<\/p>\n<p>Beurrer et fariner l\u00e9g\u00e8rement un moule, et y verser la pr\u00e9paration.
