R\u00e9servez quelques brins (environ 5g), que vous hacherez.<\/li>\n<li>Faites chauffer doucement le sirop de sucre.<\/li>\n<li>Lorsqu&rsquo;il est sur le point de bouillir (mais il ne doit pas bouillir!!!), retirez du feu, et ajoutez l&rsquo;estragon.<\/li>\n<li>Laissez infuser jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 complet refroidissement.<\/li>\n<li>Pendant ce temps, pelez les pamplemousses et les oranges \u00e0 vif, d\u00e9taillez-les en quartiers en essayant de ne pas trop les \u00ab\u00a0massacrer\u00a0\u00bb&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Arrosez avec le jus d&rsquo;un 1\/2 citron vert.
