3 cuiller\u00e9es \u00e0 soupe de sauce <a href=\"http:\/\/www.marmiton.org\/Magazine\/Tendances-Gourmandes_vive-le-soja_1.aspx\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">soja<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #99cc00\"><strong>\u00a0Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>D\u00e9tailler tous les l\u00e9gumes en fine julienne.<\/li>\n<li>Faire bouillir une grande casserole d&rsquo;eau sal\u00e9e, y jeter les nouilles, d\u00e8s que l&rsquo;\u00e9bullition \u00e0 repris, couvrir, \u00e9teindre le feu et laisser reposer pendant <span style=\"color: #99cc00\">4<\/span> min.<\/li>\n<li>Pendant ce temps, faire revenir les l\u00e9gumes dans l&rsquo;huile pendant <span style=\"color: #99cc00\">5 mn<\/span>, \u00e0 feu tr\u00e8s vif, ajouter les cinq \u00e9pices et la sauce de soja.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9goutter les nouilles, les joindre aux l\u00e9gumes et rectifier l&rsquo;assaisonnement si besoin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #99cc00\">Bon app\u00e9tit!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pr\u00e9paration : 20 min Cuisson : 5 min Ingr\u00e9dients\u00a0: (pour 4 personnes) &#8211;
