Les faire cuire <span style=\"color: #ff00ff\">15 min<\/span> dans 1L d\u2019eau bouillante.<\/li>\n<li>Hors du feu, mixer finement les betteraves, la pomme de terre, le bouillon de cuisson, le cumin, la gousse d\u2019ail et le Kiri. Saler et poivrer \u00e0 convenance.<\/li>\n<li>Faire cuire les tranches de lard \u00e0 la po\u00eale. Il faut qu\u2019elles soient bien croustillantes.<\/li>\n<li>Servir la soupe dans un verre transparent et y planter le lard.<\/li>\n<li>Pour finir, mixer la soupe au blender.
