Laver et couper les endives en lamelles de 2 cm en ayant pris soin d&rsquo;enlever le c\u00f4ne amer.<\/li>\n<li>Faire revenir la volaille dans un filet d&rsquo;huile, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les morceaux soient bien dor\u00e9s. Les r\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li>Faire fondre les endives \u00e0 feu doux (al dente, c&rsquo;est meilleur) en salant pour leur faire rendre leur eau. Une fois les endives cuites, ajouter les d\u00e9s de volaille, \u00e9picer de curry \u00e0 votre go\u00fbt, rectifier l&rsquo;assaisonnement sel poivre. ajouter le petit pot de cr\u00e8me fraiche.<\/li>\n<li>Servir bien chaud.
