Enlever la peau apr\u00e8s refroidissement.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9parer une vinaigrette assez cors\u00e9e : 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de moutarde, 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de vinaigre balsamique, 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe 1\/2 d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;eau et \u00e9pices m\u00e9lange salade. Y mettre les tomates.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9craser l&rsquo;avocat et ajouter le jus de citron. \u00c9craser dans un bol le St M\u00f4ret et les 2 portions de Vache qui rit. Ajouter 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de lait pour diluer, puis quelques gouttes de tabasco. \u00c9goutter le crabe.<\/li>\n<li>Dans chaque verrine mettre : une couche de tomate, une couche d&rsquo;avocat, une couche de crabe, puis terminer par la sauce fromage.
