Saler et poivrer \u00e0 convenance.<\/li>\n<li>Laver, \u00f4ter le p\u00e9doncule de la tomate puis la couper en petits d\u00e9s. Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer les tomates concass\u00e9es avec l\u2019ail, les herbes de Provence, le vinaigre balsamique. Saler et poivrer \u00e0 convenance.<\/li>\n<li>Dans deux jolies verrines, disposer les tomates concass\u00e9es puis verser par-dessus le m\u00e9lange concombre &#8211; fromage.
