Ciseler la ciboulette ainsi que l&rsquo;aneth.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9langer dans un bol le jus de citron, la ricotta, la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, les herbes. Ajouter le saumon fum\u00e9 en en gardant pour le d\u00e9cor. M\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n<li>Remplir les verres \u00e0 cocktail de la pr\u00e9paration. Terminer par deux rectangles de saumon fum\u00e9 et une pluche d&rsquo;aneth. Servir.<\/li>\n<li>Pour finir&#8230; Ces mises en bouche se servent fra\u00eeches. Si vous les faites au dernier moment, assurez-vous que vos produits soient bien froids.
