Cuisez \u00e0 couvert 20 min sur feu moyen.<br \/>\n&#8211; Pendant ce temps, taillez les concombres en tagliatelles \u00e0 l\u2019aide du couteau \u00e9conome en appuyant un peu plus pour obtenir des rubans longs et larges de 1 cm.<br \/>\n&#8211; Plongez-les dans le liquide. Attendez le retour de l\u2019\u00e9bullition.<br \/>\n&#8211; \u00c9gouttez les tagliatelles de concombre qui doivent \u00eatre encore un peu croquantes.<br \/>\n&#8211; Mettez-les dans un plat creux.<br \/>\n&#8211; Faites r\u00e9duire le jus aux 3\/4 sur feu vif.<br \/>\n&#8211; Enlevez le laurier.<br \/>\n&#8211; Versez le sirop obtenu sur les tagliatelles. <\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez servir chaud en accompagnement de gibier \u00e0 plumes (surtout le canard sauvage), de b\u0153uf (en brochettes marin\u00e9es, par exemple)&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pr\u00e9paration : 20 mn Cuisson : 35 mn.
