Egouttez et versez dans un saladier.<br \/>\nEmincer les oignons et les faire dorer avec un peu d\u2019huile. Les m\u00e9langer au quinoa, ainsi que l\u2019\u0153uf, le fromage blanc.<br \/>\nAssaisonner et ajouter la farine.<br \/>\nFaire chauffer une po\u00eale avec un peu d\u2019huile d\u2019olive.
