Lorsque la<br \/>\nb\u00e9chamel s\u2019\u00e9paissit, retirer du feu.<br \/>\nRouler les endives dans le saumon (ou le jambon).<br \/>\nLes disposer dans un plat allant au four.<br \/>\nAjouter la b\u00e9chamel et le gruy\u00e8re.
