Lorsque cela bout,<br \/>\nmettre les oignons, baisser le feu et couvrir.<br \/>\nLaisser cuire pendant 30 minutes.<br \/>\nSurveiller la cuisson pour que cela ne manque pas d&rsquo;eau, mais aussi pour d\u00e9couvrir s&rsquo;il y a trop d&rsquo;eau.<br \/>\nLorsque l&rsquo;eau de cuisson s&rsquo;\u00e9paissit, c&rsquo;est pr\u00eat.
