Tapisser le fond du plat avec du poivre et un peu de sel. D\u00e9poser les tranches de pommes de terre dans le plat et passer encore un coup de moulin \u00e0 poivre.<br \/>\n<strong>3.<\/strong> Faire bouillir le lait et, d\u00e8s qu&rsquo;il monte, le verser directement sur les pommes de terre, afin de les couvrir +\/- \u00e0 moiti\u00e9.<br \/>\n<strong>4.<\/strong> Mettre le plat au micro-ondes \u00e0 puissance maximale pendant 10 mn environ.
