Bien m\u00e9langer. Rajouter la muscade, le sel, le poivre et enfin le fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9.<br \/>\n5.\tVider l&rsquo;eau de cuisson des courgettes, puis verser dessus le m\u00e9lange lait-oeuf.
