Peler la gousse d&rsquo;ail.<br \/>\n3.\tMettre tous les l\u00e9gumes au micro-ondes avec gousses d&rsquo;ail \u00e9pluch\u00e9es, sel, poivre.<br \/>\n4.\tCuire pendant 10 mn \u00e0 pleine puissance. Remuer. Remettre 10 mn, remuer, remettre 10 mn.<br \/>\n5.\tVider avec le couvercle du plat les eaux rendues par les l\u00e9gumes.<br \/>\n6.\tAjoutez trois cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et une cuill\u00e8re de vinaigre.
