Ajouter la cr\u00e8me et faire r\u00e9duire jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 consistance l\u00e9g\u00e8rement velout\u00e9e. Laisser en attente.<br \/>\nFaites sauter l&rsquo;\u00e9minc\u00e9 de champignons m\u00e9lang\u00e9s avec un peu d&rsquo;huile, saler, poivrer et ajouter une bonne pinc\u00e9e de cerfeuil cisel\u00e9e.<br \/>\nChauffer le velout\u00e9 de champignons et monter au mixeur jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;obtention d&rsquo;une belle mousse.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9partir l&rsquo;\u00e9minc\u00e9 de champignons dans 4 petits bols et verser par-dessus le cappuccino.
