R\u00e9partir par-dessus le jambon.<\/li>\n<li>Rouler la p\u00e2te comme pour des palmiers : partir d&rsquo;un cot\u00e9 et rouler jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la moiti\u00e9 puis recommencer l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration \u00e0 partir de l&rsquo;autre bout. Mettre au frais au minimum 1h.<\/li>\n<li>Couper des tranches de 1\/2 cm et les d\u00e9poser sur plaque recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9. Enfourner dans un four chaud \u00e0 180\u00b0C (thermostat 6) pendant 15 minutes.
