On obtient 16 triangles.<\/li>\n<li>A la base de chaque triangle, d\u00e9poser un filet d&rsquo;anchois bien \u00e9goutt\u00e9 et quelques c\u00e2pres. Rouler la p\u00e2te, depuis la base jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la pointe de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 obtenir un croissant. Renouveler l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration avec les 15 autres triangles.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9poser les croissants sur une plaque de four chemis\u00e9e de papier sulfuris\u00e9.
