Couper les tomates en rondelles.<\/li>\n<li>Beurrer les tranches de pain de mie d&rsquo;un seul c\u00f4t\u00e9. En prendre 4 et les retourner, c\u00f4t\u00e9 beurr\u00e9 en dessous, sur un plat. Poser sur chacune une tranche de jambon pli\u00e9e en deux et 3 rondelles de tomates.<\/li>\n<li>Saler, poivrer et verser un filet d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et quelques gouttes de vinaigre balsamique. Ajouter 2 ou 3 tranches de mozzarella selon votre go\u00fbt et parsemer de basilic cisel\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Couvrir chaque croque d&rsquo;une tranche de pain de mie, face beurr\u00e9e au-dessus cette fois.
