{"id":863,"date":"2019-06-12T07:56:52","date_gmt":"2019-06-12T06:56:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.univ-angers.fr\/istiaprojetsei2\/?p=863"},"modified":"2019-06-26T12:46:52","modified_gmt":"2019-06-26T11:46:52","slug":"muscle-artificiel-via-origami","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.univ-angers.fr\/polytech_2A\/2019\/06\/12\/muscle-artificiel-via-origami\/","title":{"rendered":"Muscle artificiel via origami"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>Bonjour \u00e0 tous !<\/ul>\n<p>Nous sommes trois \u00e9tudiants de Peip2, dans le cadre de nos \u00e9tudes nous avons choisi de travailler sur les muscles via la technique de <strong>l&#8217;origami <\/strong>dans le but de trouver de nouvelles formes de liaisons m\u00e9caniques. Durant ce projet, nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 accompagn\u00e9 par M. Verron.<\/p>\n<p>Les muscles artificiels via origami sont des objets techniques imagin\u00e9s par un travail collaboratif entre l\u2019universit\u00e9 d\u2019Harvard et du MIT. Cr\u00e9\u00e9s dans l&#8217;objectif de trouver une alternative aux moteurs \u00e9lectriques couramment utilis\u00e9s, ces muscles pourraient \u00eatre une solution en terme de rendement et de masse de syst\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape de ce projet \u00e9tait de s&#8217;approprier les travaux d\u00e9j\u00e0 entam\u00e9s du MIT afin de comprendre les principes de base de la m\u00e9canique des fluides et de la m\u00e9canique du solide. Le but \u00e9tant de s&#8217;approprier les mouvements cr\u00e9\u00e9s par les diff\u00e9rentes formes origamiques. <\/p>\n<p>Pendant ce projet, nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de travailler sur plusieurs formes d&#8217;origami afin de cr\u00e9er diff\u00e9rents mouvements pour nos prototypes. Nous avons commenc\u00e9 par le muscle le plus simple qui permet de r\u00e9aliser une <strong>traction <\/strong> dans le but de lever une masse.<a href=\"https:\/\/blog.univ-angers.fr\/istiaprojetsei2\/files\/2019\/06\/Accord\u00e9on1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-989\" alt=\"Accord\u00e9on\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.univ-angers.fr\/istiaprojetsei2\/files\/2019\/06\/Accord\u00e9on1.png\" width=\"944\" height=\"755\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.univ-angers.fr\/polytech_2A\/files\/2019\/06\/Accord\u00e9on1.png 944w, https:\/\/blog.univ-angers.fr\/polytech_2A\/files\/2019\/06\/Accord\u00e9on1-300x239.png 300w, https:\/\/blog.univ-angers.fr\/polytech_2A\/files\/2019\/06\/Accord\u00e9on1-375x300.png 375w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 944px) 100vw, 944px\" \/><\/a>\n<p>Nous avons ensuite d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de cr\u00e9er un origami qui se rapprocherait plus d&#8217;un mouvement d&#8217;une <strong>main<\/strong>, l&#8217;ajout de triangles dans la structure nous a permis de cr\u00e9er une rotation pour la <strong>saisie<\/strong> d&#8217;objet par exemple.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/blog.univ-angers.fr\/istiaprojetsei2\/files\/2019\/06\/Main.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-985\" alt=\"Main\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.univ-angers.fr\/istiaprojetsei2\/files\/2019\/06\/Main.png\" width=\"943\" height=\"753\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.univ-angers.fr\/polytech_2A\/files\/2019\/06\/Main.png 943w, https:\/\/blog.univ-angers.fr\/polytech_2A\/files\/2019\/06\/Main-300x239.png 300w, https:\/\/blog.univ-angers.fr\/polytech_2A\/files\/2019\/06\/Main-375x300.png 375w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 943px) 100vw, 943px\" \/><\/a>Un autre objectif du projet \u00e9tait de cr\u00e9er un origami capable de se <strong>r\u00e9tracter<\/strong> sur lui-m\u00eame, cela nous a \u00e9t\u00e9 possible gr\u00e2ce au pliage en structure 2D <strong>&#8220;herringbone&#8221;<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/blog.univ-angers.fr\/istiaprojetsei2\/files\/2019\/06\/Herringbone.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-984\" alt=\"Herringbone\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.univ-angers.fr\/istiaprojetsei2\/files\/2019\/06\/Herringbone.png\" width=\"800\" height=\"637\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.univ-angers.fr\/polytech_2A\/files\/2019\/06\/Herringbone.png 800w, https:\/\/blog.univ-angers.fr\/polytech_2A\/files\/2019\/06\/Herringbone-300x238.png 300w, https:\/\/blog.univ-angers.fr\/polytech_2A\/files\/2019\/06\/Herringbone-376x300.png 376w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/a>Le dernier objectif, peut \u00eatre celui que nous voulions le plus d\u00e9velopper puisqu&#8217;il permet <strong>d&#8217;attraper<\/strong> un objet puis de le <strong>soulever<\/strong>. Il a repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 pour nous un d\u00e9fi technique int\u00e9ressant car nous voulions cr\u00e9er des muscles int\u00e9ressants technologiquement mais aussi visuellement. Le cot\u00e9 d\u00e9monstratif \u00e9tait important car nous pensons qu\u2019il serait int\u00e9ressant de pr\u00e9senter de tels objets lors des portes ouvertes de l\u2019\u00e9cole pour repr\u00e9senter l\u2019option QIF.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bonjour \u00e0 tous !
