Nous devions, dans un premier temps, comprendre l\u2019a\u00e9rodynamique d\u2019une \u00e9olienne traditionnelle. Puis, il fallait concevoir diff\u00e9rentes maquettes des composants de celle-ci sur SolidWorks, avant de pouvoir assembler le tout. Une \u00e9olienne lenticulaire poss\u00e8de une lentille autour de ses pales. Celle-ci n\u2019est pas juste d\u00e9corative : elle am\u00e9liore la fa\u00e7on dont l\u2019air circule autour des pales. Cependant, nous ne pouvions pas l\u2019imprimer en une seule fois car il y a des contraintes de dimensionnement pour l\u2019imprimante. Pour notre \u00e9olienne, nous n&#8217;allons pas la stocker mais plutot l&#8217;utiliser directement pour allumer une ampoule.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted has-background has-medium-font-size\" style=\"background-color:#198bd145\"><strong>ETAPE 3 : Assemblage de l\u2019\u00e9olienne <\/strong><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Afin de faire fonctionner notre \u00e9olienne nous avons d\u00fb rassembler les composants dans une nacelle, qui devait respecter plusieurs contraintes. Lors de l\u2019assemblage des composants nous devions \u00eatre pr\u00e9cis pour avoir un axe align\u00e9. Le bois \u00e9tant fin nous avons aussi d\u00fb \u00eatre rigoureux lors des fixations afin de ne pas le casser.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour le devant de la nacelle, nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un mod\u00e8le CAO. Cette pi\u00e8ce fut l\u2019une des plus grosses pi\u00e8ces de la nacelle \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser en CAO. Le temps de production a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019environ 18h.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 36%\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La nacelle est fix\u00e9e sur un tube en PVC qui est lui-m\u00eame dans un seau rempli de b\u00e9ton. Le support en bois est fix\u00e9 sur un tube en PVC plus petit que le support g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Nous avons pu comprendre le fonctionnement d\u2019une \u00e9olienne et nous avons effectu\u00e9 beaucoup de mod\u00e9lisations CAO. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u2019est un projet qui nous tenait \u00e0 c\u0153ur car il s\u2019inscrit dans un futur de d\u00e9veloppement durable en utilisant de l&#8217;\u00e9nergie verte. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous avons fait face \u00e0 des probl\u00e8mes en tout genre et qui nous ont parfois fait perdre beaucoup de temps. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finalement, on s\u2019est rendu compte qu\u2019il existait beaucoup de frottements qui emp\u00eachent les pales de tourner avec un simple s\u00e8che-cheveux. Apr\u00e8s avoir optimis\u00e9 au maximum le poids et les frottements de l\u2019axe et du multiplicateur, un d\u00e9marrage manuel permettrait sans doute de lancer les pales pour les faire tourner avec une force de vent plus puissante. Tous ces obstacles nous ont donc appris \u00e0 \u00eatre plus r\u00e9silientes et \u00e0 ne pas aller trop vite dans nos prises d\u2019initiatives.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous remercions Mr Haddad pour l\u2019apport de son savoir-faire et de ses conseils.
