Le vent pousse une planche, qui fait office de voile, un syst\u00e8me bielle manivelle va compresser l\u2019air \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur d\u2019un cylindre \u00e0 l\u2019aide du piston. Cela nous a permis de savoir quelles pi\u00e8ces prioriser dans nos calculs. Certaines pi\u00e8ces demandaient peu de temps d\u2019\u00e9tudes comme notre socle ou le mat. D\u2019autres, \u00e0 l\u2019inverse, n\u00e9cessitaient beaucoup plus de temps, comme notamment les charni\u00e8res, il fallait \u00e9tudier leur r\u00e9sistance suivant la taille de notre volet et la force auquelle ce dernier \u00e9tait soumis. Nous amenant \u00e0 deux \u00e9quations, premi\u00e8rement celle de la force du vent:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-vertical is-layout-flex corr\u00e9lation ces deux formules sur le site GeoGebra et en faisant varier la raideur K, on trouve les meilleures conditions pour que notre piston puisse bouger et fournir une puissance suffisante.<span class=\"Apple-tab-span\"> <\/span>Il fallait \u00e9galement effectuer une \u00e9tude de terrain, pour cela nous nous sommes servis de cartes, comme celle ci-dessous, pour d\u00e9terminer \u00e0 quel type de vent nous allions \u00eatre soumis.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.univ-angers.fr\/a8e24e26-c219-4cf5-beb5-3663c2979a95\" width=\"465\" height=\"428\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La partie la plus complexe de notre projet r\u00e9sidait sur le lien entre notre volet et la partie m\u00e9canique (piston et bielle-manivelle). La raison est que notre volet a un mouvement circulaire mais que notre piston doit avoir un mouvement rectiligne dans le cylindre, il fallait donc optimiser la largeur du cylindre, la dimension de notre bielle-manivelle et le positionnement de cette derni\u00e8re sur le volet. Pour \u00e9viter un gaspillage de temps et d\u2019\u00e9nergie, nous avons fait nos tests par mod\u00e9lisation assist\u00e9e sur ordinateur, mettant en lien plusieurs facteurs, nous permettant de faire plusieurs tests et essais afin de trouver la position id\u00e9ale de nos pi\u00e8ces.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mod\u00e9lisation sur Solidworks<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9sentation<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 1993, SolidWorks est un logiciel de CAO, pour Conception Assist\u00e9e par Ordinateur, qui nous a permis de r\u00e9aliser des pi\u00e8ces en trois dimensions. Cet outil est id\u00e9al pour r\u00e9aliser des plans d\u00e9taill\u00e9s dans les domaines de la m\u00e9canique, de la manufacture et de l&#8217;industrie dans son ensemble. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une multitude d&#8217;outils de dessin et d&#8217;\u00e9dition, il nous a \u00e9t\u00e9 possible de concevoir des pi\u00e8ces d\u00e9taill\u00e9es et de r\u00e9aliser tout notre assemblage.\u00a0<br><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.univ-angers.fr\/istiaprojetsei2\/files\/2023\/05\/image.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"301\" height=\"234\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.univ-angers.fr\/istiaprojetsei2\/files\/2023\/05\/image.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4279\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Conception<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Solidworks nous a donc \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019une grande aide dans l\u2019avanc\u00e9e de notre projet, les diff\u00e9rents tests directement sur le logiciel ont permis une \u00e9tude optimale de notre projet. Le temps que chacune des pi\u00e8ces arrive \u00e0 destination, nous avons pu avancer sur notre rapport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Assemblage&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><\/strong>Une fois toutes les pi\u00e8ces r\u00e9unies et confectionn\u00e9es, nous avons pu commencer l\u2019assemblage. Certaines pi\u00e8ces, nous ont demand\u00e9 pas mal d\u2019effort comme cr\u00e9er un b\u00e2ti stable, d\u2019autre plus de temps comme pour les pi\u00e8ces \u00e0 l\u2019imprimante 3D.<br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.univ-angers.fr\/2f9f5b17-77a4-4215-a10b-a51a2cd3bfd4\" width=\"219\" height=\"289\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.univ-angers.fr\/3458f488-0b15-443d-8a9f-7d6a3a06542c\" width=\"332\" height=\"249\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Conclusion<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les difficult\u00e9s rencontr\u00e9es sont notamment la faisabilit\u00e9 finale de notre projet qui est possible seulement si notre volet est soumis \u00e0 un vent suffisamment puissant. Nous avons aussi eu du retard dans certaines commandes ce qui a frein\u00e9 notre progression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cependant, la possibilit\u00e9 de travailler en quasi autonomie et dans un esprit de bureau d\u2019\u00e9tude \u00e9tait passionnant, cela nous a permis de pouvoir partager les id\u00e9es et r\u00e9flexions de chacun et de faire \u00e9voluer le projet avec int\u00e9r\u00eat.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Introduction Bonjour \u00e0 toutes et \u00e0 tous!
