Ce robot fonctionne avec deux bras, compos\u00e9s tous les deux de deux avant-bras, reli\u00e9s entre eux au niveau de la t\u00eate d\u2019\u00e9criture. Les deux bras sont dirig\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 <strong>dessiner l\u2019heure<\/strong> sur l\u2019\u00e9cran \u00e0 l&#8217;aide de servomoteurs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Notre robot est \u00e9quip\u00e9, en t\u00eate d\u2019\u00e9criture, d\u2019une <strong>LED UV<\/strong> pour \u00e9crire l\u2019heure sur l\u2019\u00e9cran<strong> phosphorescent<\/strong>. Pour cela, nous avons fait de nombreuses recherches sur la <strong>cin\u00e9matique inverse<\/strong>, les angles que les servomoteurs doivent r\u00e9aliser afin que la t\u00eate d&#8217;impression aille aux coordonn\u00e9es cart\u00e9siennes que nous souhaitons. Nous avons mod\u00e9lis\u00e9 les bras, les avant-bras, le socle et son couvercle. Le <strong>socle<\/strong>, le robot en lui-m\u00eame, contient les servomoteurs ainsi que le ruban phosphorescent qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9 dessus. Lors de la mod\u00e9lisation des bras, nous avons fait face \u00e0 un probl\u00e8me majeur. En effet, lors de la premi\u00e8re impression, les <strong>bras <\/strong>et les <strong>avant-bras <\/strong>\u00e9taient de la m\u00eame taille, en plus d&#8217;\u00eatre trop long. En faisant des essais avec les servomoteurs, nous nous sommes rendus compte qu&#8217;\u00e0 cause de leur taille, les bras allaient trop facilement dans leur <strong>position limite<\/strong>. C&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire comme le montre l&#8217;image suivante :<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><a class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ensuite, une fois l&#8217;impression termin\u00e9e, les bras r\u00e9imprim\u00e9s plus petits, nous avons assembl\u00e9 chaque composant entre eux, coll\u00e9 le ruban adh\u00e9sif phosphorescent sur le robot, fix\u00e9 les bras sur les servomoteurs. Apr\u00e8s avoir re\u00e7u tous nos composants dont le <strong>module horloge<\/strong> afin d&#8217;\u00e9crire l&#8217;heure correctement, nous avons soud\u00e9s et connect\u00e9s les c\u00e2bles sur la carte <strong>Arduino<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">Voici une image de notre robot avec tous les c\u00e2bles assembl\u00e9s. Lors du lancement de notre programme, le robot affichait l&#8217;heure mais \u00e0 l&#8217;envers c&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire en <strong>mode miroir<\/strong> (comme vous pouvez le voir sur la vid\u00e9o ci-contre). Nous avions donc un probl\u00e8me avec notre rep\u00e8re des <strong>coordonn\u00e9es<\/strong>. En effet, en faisant de multiples tests, nous avons compris que le sens de l&#8217;axe des x \u00e9tait invers\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><video controls src=\"https:\/\/blog.univ-angers.fr\/istiaprojetsei2\/files\/2023\/04\/VID20230315164253.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s avoir identifi\u00e9 le probl\u00e8me, nous devions le corriger dans notre programme, inverser le sens des chiffres, mais aussi <strong>inverser le sens de l&#8217;\u00e9criture.<\/strong> Nous avons donc modifi\u00e9 les coordonn\u00e9es de chaque chiffre et nous avons repens\u00e9 leur position sur l&#8217;\u00e9cran d&#8217;\u00e9criture. D\u00fb au fait d&#8217;une calibration non parfaite, des petits r\u00e9glages ont \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9s pour que les chiffres soient droits. De plus, nous voulions mettre un <strong>interrupteur <\/strong>afin qu&#8217;on puisse \u00e9teindre l&#8217;alimentation de notre carte Arduino pour que la batterie dure plus longtemps. Nous nous sommes vites rendus compte que notre module horloge devait \u00eatre aliment\u00e9 en <strong>continue <\/strong>pour qu&#8217;il \u00e9crive l&#8217;heure en temps r\u00e9el. Notre projet de mettre un interrupteur n&#8217;\u00e9tait donc pas possible avec ce module horloge. Il existe d&#8217;autres modules horloge qui <strong>poss\u00e8dent une pile int\u00e9gr\u00e9e<\/strong> afin qu&#8217;ils restent constamment alimenter pour qu&#8217;ils<strong> ne perdent pas l&#8217;heure.<\/strong> Nous avons donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de mettre des piles rechargeables 6V de 1600mA pour \u00e9viter qu&#8217;elles ne se d\u00e9chargent trop vite. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\" style=\"font-size:26px\"><strong>Bilan &amp; Critiques <\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s <strong>enrichissant <\/strong>et int\u00e9ressant. Nous avons pu mettre \u00e0 profit de nombreuses <strong>comp\u00e9tences <\/strong>notamment en <strong>conception <\/strong>mais aussi en <strong>\u00e9lectronique<\/strong>, en <strong>\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 <\/strong>et en <strong>programmation<\/strong>. La partie la plus dure a \u00e9t\u00e9 la programmation avec un langage qui \u00e9tait nouveau pour nous. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De plus, nous avons appris \u00e0 \u00eatre <strong>autonome <\/strong>et prendre des d\u00e9cisions dans un projet de A \u00e0 Z. Savoir se d\u00e9brouiller face \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents probl\u00e8mes et <strong>ne pas abandonner<\/strong> sont aussi deux points importants dans un projet.  De plus, le travail d&#8217;\u00e9quipe est une comp\u00e9tence essentielle pour le bon d\u00e9roulement d&#8217;un projet. Nous avons donc d\u00fb savoir <strong>s&#8217;\u00e9couter <\/strong>entre co\u00e9quipier, exprimer chacun ses id\u00e9es. Nous n&#8217;\u00e9tions pas forc\u00e9ment toujours d&#8217;accord sur certaines choses mais en discutant ensemble, nous trouvions toujours un compromis. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Notre robot n&#8217;est qu&#8217;un <strong>prototype<\/strong>, il y a donc certaines choses \u00e0 <strong>am\u00e9liorer <\/strong>comme l&#8217;alimentation de la carte Arduino ou bien le module horloge. De plus, nous pourrions d\u00e9velopper davantage notre programme pour qu&#8217;il est diff\u00e9rente fonctionnalit\u00e9 comme \u00e9crire la date ou dessiner quelque chose demand\u00e9e par l&#8217;utilisateur. Pour aller plus loin, d\u00e9velopper une <strong>application <\/strong>pour le diriger depuis son portable pourrait \u00eatre int\u00e9ressant afin d&#8217;avoir de multiples fonctionnalit\u00e9s. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous tenons \u00e0 remercier notre r\u00e9f\u00e9rent, M.
