Lors de notre 4\u00e8me semestre, nous avons eu la chance de travailler sur le projet\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 &#8221; lanceur de ficelle&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un lanceur de ficelle, c&#8217;est quoi ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>C&#8217;est tout simple ! Un lanceur de ficelle est un syst\u00e8me constitu\u00e9 de 2 roues qui propulsent un fil continuellement.Voici une vid\u00e9o pour mieux comprendre le principe:\u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=rffAjZPmkuU\">https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=rffAjZPmkuU<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les objectifs :\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En partant du prototype d\u00e9j\u00e0 cr\u00e9\u00e9 par le groupe pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent (voici son article :\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/blog.univ-angers.fr\/istiaprojetsei2\/2018\/06\/20\/projet-lanceur-de-ficelle\/\">https:\/\/blog.univ-angers.fr\/istiaprojetsei2\/2018\/06\/20\/projet-lanceur-de-ficelle\/<\/a> ), nous devions cr\u00e9er des ondulations puis automatiser le syst\u00e8me pour r\u00e9aliser automatiquement des formes sp\u00e9cifiques.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Travail r\u00e9alis\u00e9\u00a0 :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1) Prise en main<\/p>\n<p>Dans un premier temps, nous avons pris en main le prototype r\u00e9alis\u00e9 l&#8217;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re puis nous avons remplac\u00e9 le pack de pile qui alimentait les moteurs par un transformateur. Cela a permis d&#8217;avoir une source d&#8217;\u00e9nergie plus stable.<\/p>\n<p>2) Recherche de solutions<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons commenc\u00e9 par chercher une solution pour cr\u00e9er des ondulations. Nous avons finalement retenue 3 solutions. C&#8217;est pourquoi nous avons con\u00e7u un guide pour l&#8217;envoyer entre les 2 roues et limiter le plus possible les frottements. L&#8217;automatisation c&#8217;est fait via une carte Arduino et un shield. Un Shield est une extension de l&#8217;Arduino qui permet d&#8217;alimenter nos 2 moteurs avec un courant suffisamment important. Le but est de r\u00e9duire la taille du lanceur et de le rendre plus stable. La solution retenue \u00e9tait de d\u00e9placer le centre de gravit\u00e9 du lanceur vers le centre du b\u00e2ti. Nous avons donc con\u00e7u un b\u00e2ti compl\u00e8tement d\u00e9montable pour pouvoir l&#8217;imprim\u00e9 pi\u00e8ce par pi\u00e8ce. La version prototype fonctionnait tr\u00e8s bien.
