Une trame de formation"},"content":{"rendered":"<div><span style=\"font-weight: 300\">J&#8217;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9e \u00e0 intervenir en octobre 2015 \u00e0 l&#8217;enssib dans les premi\u00e8res semaines de cursus des\u00a0<\/span><a style=\"font-weight: 300\" href=\"http:\/\/www.enssib.fr\/master-politique-bibliotheques-et-documentation-lyon\" target=\"_blank\">M1 Politique des biblioth\u00e8ques<\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 300\">. Une journ\u00e9e \u00e9tait allou\u00e9e pour faire travailler les \u00e9tudiants sur le th\u00e8me\u00a0<\/span><em style=\"font-weight: 300\">Quoi de neuf en BU ?<\/em><span style=\"font-weight: 300\">\u00a0La maquette pr\u00e9voyait moiti\u00e9 cours magistral, moiti\u00e9 TD, et j&#8217;ai donc propos\u00e9 une trame de formation m\u00ealant story-telling\u00a0sur des mots cl\u00e9s &#8220;sauce aux puces&#8221;\u00a0et s\u00e9quences participatives.<\/span><\/div>\n<p><!--more-->2 raisons m&#8217;incitent \u00e0 diffuser sur BUApro ce petit\u00a0travail :<\/p>\n<p>1. La journ\u00e9e a bien fonctionn\u00e9, notamment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un d\u00e9roul\u00e9 qui pr\u00e9voyait du temps pour des moments de travail collectif\u00a0et \u00e9changes impliquant tous les participants. Ce genre de trame &#8220;back office&#8221; \u00e9tant rare en ligne, c&#8217;est l&#8217;occasion d&#8217;ouvrir l&#8217;arri\u00e8re-cuisine des objectifs et moyens p\u00e9dagogiques, au del\u00e0 des listes \u00e0 puces d&#8217;un diaporama pr\u00e9texte.<\/p>\n<p>2. Plusieurs coll\u00e8gues de la BUA pr\u00e9parant examen\u00a0professionnel et concours, le document \u00e0 mots cl\u00e9s va servir de base \u00e0 une s\u00e9ance d&#8217;\u00e9changes sur l&#8217;actualit\u00e9 des BU avec les coll\u00e8gues int\u00e9ress\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.slideshare.net\/nclot\/quoi-de-neuf-en-bibliothque-universitaire-oct-2015\">\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/www.slideshare.net\/nclot\/quoi-de-neuf-en-bibliothque-universitaire-oct-2015?ref=https:\/\/www.slideshare.net\/nclot?utm_campaign=profiletracking\" target=\"_blank\">Diaporama<\/a><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-weight: bold\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.slideshare.net\/nclot\/quoi-de-neuf-en-bibliothque-universitaire-trame-danimation\" target=\"_blank\">Trame d&#8217;animation<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<div>Il manque \u00e0 cette trame le travail demand\u00e9 en amont \u00e0 la promotion par Rapha\u00eblle Bats.\u00a0Les \u00e9tudiants ont furet\u00e9 en ligne, regard\u00e9 le site de la BUA, et avaient pr\u00e9par\u00e9 ensemble deux pages de questions pertinentes qui m&#8217;ont permis de mieux comprendre leurs attentes et leurs repr\u00e9sentations de d\u00e9part sur le sujet. J&#8217;ai \u00e9galement ajout\u00e9 une s\u00e9ance\u00a0de questions\/r\u00e9ponses \u00e0 14h.<\/div>\n<div>J&#8217;ai utilis\u00e9 sans vergogne des documents en anglais, la promotion \u00e9tant invit\u00e9e \u00e0 travailler en langue anglaise dans le cadre d&#8217;un projet international.
