The Tourism, Work and Emotions project is supported by Angers TourismLab and the Accor Group.

It is organized into 5 parts, closely linked:

1. Strategic management in the Tourism sector and impact on employees (in particular Accor Group corporate strategy)

2. Emotional labor

3. Work commitment

4. Psychological contract

5. Work satisfaction

We have also added another part: intrinsic motivation
